Our Story
Elev8 Tech was founded in the DIFC by a senior practitioner who spent his career inside financial institutions leading large digital and technology transformations.
We built Elev8 Tech to be different. Smaller, by design. Senior-led, always. Measured by outcomes and not billable hours. Today we operate from Dubai (DIFC), advising banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across the Middle East and South Asia on the technology transformations that define their next decade.
Our Values
Jay Kapadia
Jay is a banking technology leader with about three decades of experience across domestic and international markets, with deep expertise in product delivery, multi-country implementations, and large-scale technology transformation.
He has held senior technology leadership roles at major private banks, where he consistently delivered at the intersection of technology, business, and regulation, and played a key role in the technology integration behind two of the largest bank mergers in the Indian banking industry. He also contributes actively to the fintech ecosystem as a mentor and angel investor.
His areas of expertise include Transaction Banking, Treasury, BaaS / API Banking, Core Banking Transformations and Enterprise Digital transformation.
He holds a Chief Technology Officer Programme credential from NUS, a PGDM and CFA from ICFAI, a B.Sc. from MSU, and is PMP and CSTE certified.
